Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Sales Representative to grow distribution and hit sales targets across traditional trade outlets in Metro Manila. You will visit retailers, promote products, and ensure stock availability and in-store visibility.

Build strong retailer relationships, achieve daily and monthly targets, and submit reports on sales, stock, and collections. FMCG experience and basic Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Sales experience in FMCG/consumer goods is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and sales reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets per the route plan.
• Sell and promote company products to retailers, wholesalers, and independent stores.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure product availability, stock levels and in-store merchandising.
• Expand numeric distribution by opening new customers.
• Execute promotional activities and visibility programs in the market.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and resolve service issues promptly.
• Submit accurate sales, stock, and collection reports on time.
• Support collection of outstanding payments in line with company policy.

Job Purpose

To achieve sales and distribution targets by servicing assigned traditional trade outlets, developing strong customer relationships, executing in-store activities, and ensuring product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.

Requirements
