Job summary

Greenplus Corporation is seeking a Field Sales Executive to expand our grocery store network and manage key accounts in Laguna, Philippines. You will present products, negotiate terms, and build strong relationships with store owners and buyers.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, coordinating promotions, tracking inventory, and collaborating with logistics and marketing teams to ensure exceptional service. Travel to field locations is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science in business, marketing, sales, or related field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, grocery, retail, distribution, or field sales preferred.
• Experience with supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, or key accounts is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new grocery stores, supermarkets, retailers, and key accounts.
• Present and introduce company products to prospective accounts.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, product placement, and terms within guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners, purchasing managers, and buyers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and distribution targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with customers and internal teams.
• Conduct regular store visits and gather market, competitor, and pricing information.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, sampling, and in-store campaigns.
• Prepare sales reports, account updates, and forecast.
• Follow-up on orders, payments, deliveries, and customer concerns.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work with sales, marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service.
