Job summary

Limac Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in the Philippines to manage Key Accounts in the FMCG sector. The role requires travel to areas outside Cagayan de Oro City, a valid driver’s license, and mobility with a motorcycle for field access.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any 4 year course.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably handling Key Accounts in the FMCG industry.
• Proficient in basic call procedures, route planning, and sales reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer engagement, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Highly responsible, organized, and adaptable; demonstrates strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Willing to travel and be assigned to areas outside Cagayan de Oro City
• Held of a valid driver’s license
• Must own a motorcycle to ensure mobility and field accessibility
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
