Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in Brand/Product/Marketing, preferably FMCG.
• Strong understanding of FMCG marketing and trade channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Lead NPD from concept to market entry and post-launch.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing on pricing, distribution, promos.
• Manage annual brand and marketing plans and budgets.
• Monitor campaigns and analyze performance metrics.
