Johnsonville is hiring a Business Development Associate in the Philippines to drive sales targets through sell-in and sell-out initiatives. The role focuses on program development, ensuring 100% trade execution for GT accounts, and strengthening GT relationships with Area Sales Managers and dealers.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in Marketing or related field, with strong communication, analytics, and FMCG sales experience.

Formación

• College graduate with good communication and analytical skills.
• Preferably with sales experience in the FMCG industry.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute GT accounts programs to drive sales and growth.
• Ensure 100% trade execution for GT accounts and proper in-outlet implementation.
• Coordinate with GT Team and dealers for opportunities and plan actions.
• Engage with store managers to optimize shelves, pricing, and promotions.
