Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring Call Center Agents for a Travel Account in Quezon City. This onsite role handles travel inquiries, flight and hotel bookings, changes, and general support via phone, chat, or email.

You’ll join a dynamic team with paid training from Day 1, performance-based incentives, and clear paths for growth while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced travel environment. No prior BPO experience required and you’ll work on shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• No BPO/call center experience required.
• Education: HS/SHS/College undergrad or graduate.
• Strong English communication skills.
