Caldwell Communications is hiring Call Center Agents for a Travel Account at Muñoz, Quezon City site. This onsite, full-time role offers up to ₱26,000 per month and opportunities for growth.

You will assist customers with travel inquiries, flight and hotel reservations, itinerary changes, and cancellations via phone, chat, or email. Paid training starts Day 1 with onboarding support and performance incentives. Main site: Muñoz; other sites include QC, Pasig, Mandaluyong, Makati, and Manila.

Qualifications

• No BPO/call center experience required.
• Education options include High School, Senior High School, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
