Our Clients is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee commercial and operational success across premium flexible workspaces. The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, ensuring excellence in operations, and delivering a superior workplace experience for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial real estate, office leasing, property management, coworking, or multi-site operations, with proven experience managing spaces and driving performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple flexible workspace locations to ensure service excellence.
• Monitor occupancy levels, leasing activity, and workspace utilization to maximize performance.
• Manage client experience and relationships with corporate clients, brokers, and partners.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships to drive lead generation and occupancy.
• Lead cross-functional workspace teams, coach performance, and foster accountability.
