Empower Annuity Insurance Company of America is seeking a Retirement Consultant – Roll In to consolidate retirement assets into employer-sponsored plans. You will educate participants on investment vehicles and manage rollovers, exchanges, and transfers with a focus on accuracy and client education.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years in financial services.
• Ability to work in a flexible call center schedule and environment.
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 registrations required within timelines.
• FINRA fingerprinting required.

Responsabilidades

• Place outbound calls and handle inbound calls to consolidate retirement savings into employer-sponsored plans.
• Educate customers on retirement investment vehicles (401(k), 403(b), 457(b), 401(a), IRAs).
• Provide education and support through rollover, exchange, and transfer transactions.
• Manage rollover relationships from handoff to completion, promoting engagement and loyalty.
• Coordinate conference calls and transaction requirements with customers and contra firms.
• Handle a high volume of meetings, calls, and emails, including warm lead handoffs.
