Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Pasay City, Metro Manila is seeking an On-call Steward for a flexible part-time role within our hospitality operations. You will help maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation in kitchen and dining facilities, supporting guests and staff with a focus on service quality.

The role emphasizes on-call scheduling, adaptability to change, and teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in steward/kitchen support roles preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Physical fitness for repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.
• Good communication and teamwork with kitchen and front-of-house staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen areas, wash and organise equipment.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks and ingredient washing as directed.
• Handle waste disposal per food safety and environmental rules.
• Restock supplies and manage inventory of cleaning materials.
• Support kitchen team during service by clearing and cleaning workstations.
• Ensure proper storage of clean items and equipment.
• Respond to on-call requests and adjust schedule as needed.
• Follow food safety, health and safety protocols and company policies.
