Job summary

Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Pasay City, Metro Manila, is seeking an on-call Food Attendant for a full-time role. You will support dining service, deliver food and beverages, and help maintain clean, well-organized dining areas.

You will work as part of our hospitality team, coordinating with bar staff, handling guest requests with courtesy, and upholding food safety standards. Flexibility to work varied shifts and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with a drive for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up dining areas, tables and service stations before service begins.
• Clear, clean and reset tables promptly between seatings and at the end of service.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, kitchen and service stations.
• Stock and replenish supplies including utensils, glassware, napkins and condiments.
• Assist with food preparation support tasks as directed by kitchen or management staff.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and address concerns with a positive attitude.
• Follow health and safety protocols and food handling standards consistently.
• Coordinate with bar and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support special events and functions as scheduled or requested.
