Responsibilities

• Lead and support IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within Quality IT.
• Plan, execute, and deliver high-quality project outcomes on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through proactive management.
• Lead project teams and develop stakeholder communication plans.
• Ensure adherence to IT governance, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Be the IT partner of choice for business customers by providing technical consulting and IT solutions.
