Qualifications

• Experience managing IT projects and coordinating with external service providers.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM principles and tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Quality Management and Project Management for IT initiatives.
• Lead IT implementation projects (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) within Quality IT.
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on applications lifecycle.
