Job summary

Continental Global Business Services Manila, Inc. seeks an IT Consultant in the Quality & ESH IT area to drive digital transformation and operational excellence across IT projects.

You will lead IT implementation initiatives (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid), manage budgets and risks, and partner with business customers to deliver best-fit IT solutions while ensuring governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Several years of experience in IT project management with external providers.
• Many years in IT application operations and project delivery.
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, distributed team.

• Be the IT partner of choice for our business customers by taking over technical consulting and ensuring best fit IT solutions.
• Oversee the operation, performance, and compliance of Quality applications, ensuring optimal availability and cost-efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage application lifecycle and support.
• Build strong relationships with internal IT departments and key user groups to co-create strategic solutions.

• Severalyears of experience in project management, with a focus on managing IT projects and collaborating with external service providers
• Many years in IT application operations andproject delivery
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and tools
• Experience with Quality applicationsis a strong advantage, especially in SFDC
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business, IT, legal, and external service providers, to ensure project success
• Business fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Strong communication skills, enabling the management of stakeholder expectations, negotiation with vendors, and conflict resolution across diverse teams
• Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and capable of working in a multicultural, distributed team environment
• Customer service-oriented mindset
