Job summary

Lycopodium Philippines is seeking a Procurement Officer to support the Projects Services Group in Manila. The role focuses on procurement, expediting, cost control and logistics for projects across our global operations.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders to secure optimum prices and timely deliveries, perform commercial analysis of quotations, and manage procurement documentation to ensure efficient purchasing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar procurement role.
• Experience with computerised purchasing and logistics systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively across units.
• Ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships.
• Integrity, credibility and commitment.
• Solid technical aptitude and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Procure equipment and services as directed by the Manager of Projects or Principal Procurement.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure optimum prices and on-time deliveries.
• Analyze quotations to select the correct supplier.
• Process and file purchasing documents for easy access throughout the purchasing cycle.
• Issue and evaluate tender packages within the required time frame.
• Maintain PRJ/PSG supplier database and close-out reports.
• Register and file project documentation per approved procedures.
