Job summary

Lycopodium Philippines is seeking a Senior Contracts Engineer in Manila to manage contract activities for assigned projects. You will handle pre-award tender processes, RFT development, tender evaluation, and post-award administration including variances, claims and close-out.

The role requires a degree in engineering or quantity surveying and at least 7 years' experience in a similar function. You will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure high standards of contract

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-award contract management from tender to award.
• Develop RFT documents with project team and issue tenders.
• Evaluate tenders, negotiate deviations and prepare RFAs.
• Manage post-award administration: variances, claims, close-out and registers.
• Ensure compliance with Lycopodium procedures and regulatory requirements.
