Job summary

Technolux Equipment & Supply Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Fleet Manager responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and proper utilization of the company’s vehicles, including cars and motorcycles.

The role covers preparing documents for vehicle purchases and maintenance, insurance renewals, cost monitoring, reporting, and ensuring compliance with policies. You will coordinate with the Board and other departments, and manage fleet cards and asset records.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management or vehicle administration.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stake holders (Procurement, Insurance, Finance).

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation of documents for the purchase, maintenance, and sale of company vehicles.
• Prepares documents for the issuance of company vehicles.
• Responsible for the timely registration and renewal of insurance coverage of all company vehicles.
• Processes insurance claims for all company cars and motorcycle accidents.
• Takes charge of Fleet card, including the acquisition, issuance, replacements, and return of fleet cards.
• Checks the accuracy of monthly billing and ensures timely payment to current gasoline fleet provider.
• Maintains and monitors record of all company vehicles.
• Facilitates the request and preparation of Secretary's Certificates and the list of sold vehicles for submission to Board of Directors (BOD).
• Conducts regular inspection of the company vehicles.
• Monitors motorcycle allowances and reviews Purchase Requisition of vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Prepares following Reports: Weekly
• New Units for Regularized Employees
• Replacement Unit
• Fleet Card Report
• Company Vehicles Accident / Loss Report
• Company Cars / Vans Status Report
• List of Company Motorcycles
• List of Company Cars
• Performs other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
