Job summary

KM ACE Towing Services seeks an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee drivers, towing trucks, and garage activities in Metro Manila. You will monitor asset readiness, fuel usage, and maintenance costs while driving efficiencies across the fleet.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory fleet experience, strong cost-awareness, and proficient use of Excel and reporting tools. You will collaborate with mechanics and suppliers to ensure safety and on-time service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance.
• Experience managing drivers, mechanics, and daily fleet ops.
• Ability to analyze operating costs and improve efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with vehicle regulations and road safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all drivers, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and performance expectations.
• Oversee the daily condition and utilization of towing trucks to ensure readiness.
• Manage garage operations, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor fuel costs, maintenance expenses, tire usage, and repair costs to reduce spend.
• Maintain vehicle documents, registrations, insurance, and maintenance records.
• Investigate breakdowns and incidents, implementing corrective actions.
• Prepare operational reports on fleet utilization, costs, downtime, and driver performance.
• Identify process improvements to increase availability and efficiency.
