Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, operations management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or related operations.
• Knowledgeable in vehicle maintenance, registrations, insurance, and repair monitoring.
• Experience in monitoring vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, GPS, PMS, and fleet records.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the company's fleet of vehicles.
• Ensure proper scheduling and dispatching of vehicles.
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance Schedule (PMS), repairs, registration, insurance, and other vehicle documents.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle mileage.
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, repair shops, and service centers.
• Ensure vehicles are safe, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Monitor GPS tracking and vehicle utilization.
• Maintain accurate fleet records and reports.
• Conduct regular inspection of vehicles, tools, spare tires, and safety equipment.
• Prepare regular fleet performance and maintenance reports.
