J&T Express is seeking a fleet operations coordinator to manage records, schedules, and compliance for our trucking fleet. You will coordinate vehicle allocation, monitor costs, and work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in logistics or related fields, with keen scheduling and routing skills and exposure to logistics/e-commerce operations. This role offers growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably in a program in Logistics/Operations.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Must be keen in coordinating, scheduling and routing of truck fleet.
• Preferably with experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage fleet records, vehicle maintenance schedules, documentation, and compliance.
• Handle fleet reporting, vehicle allocation, cost monitoring, and driver coordination.
• Review trucking-related claims and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support cross-functional teams to maintain operational efficiency.
