Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking a Fleet Administrator to oversee administrative tasks for truck fleet operations. The role requires coordinating maintenance, managing fleet documents, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and supporting overall fleet efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of handling multiple tasks and communicating with drivers, service providers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferably in Logistics/Operations.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Must be keen in coordinating, scheduling and routing of truck fleet.
• Preferably with experience in Logistics/E-Commerce operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles, including ownership, registration, and insurance information.
• Track and update the maintenance schedules of all fleet vehicles, ensuring they are serviced on time.
• Coordinate repairs and inspections with internal and external service providers.
• Ensure that all fleet-related documents are organized, up to date, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audits, ensuring all documentation is available for inspection.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to fleet performance, maintenance, and costs.
