Job summary

Private Advertiser in Cebu City is looking for a Transport Coordinator to support the efficient operation of the LBE fleet. You will coordinate daily transport, fleet utilization, and cost control while ensuring safety and on-time deliveries.

The role requires basic computer skills, ability to learn quickly, and clear communication with drivers and clients. Experience is not required, but 1 year in transport is a plus; organization under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• At least College Undergraduate qualification
• Transport experience preferred but not required, preferably with 1 year experience
• Basic understanding of how trucking and transport works
• Willing to learn
• Basic knowledge in computer; able to use Excel and email messaging
• Can communicate clearly with drivers, customers and co-workers
• Can handle simple daily problems and knows when to escalate
• Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily trips and vehicle movements
• Assign deliveries to suitable and available trucks
• Coordinate with drivers, clients, technical teams, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders regarding schedules, dispatch updates, vehicle availability, and service requirements
• Assist in monitoring drivers and helpers
• Promote safe-driving and proper cargo-handling practices
• Monitor compliance with operational procedures
• Support the Transport Operations Supervisor in maintaining fleet availability, timely deliveries, cost efficiency, and overall operational performance
