Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; additional training in defensive driving or automotive maintenance is a plus.
• Valid professional driver’s license (RC 1, 2).
• At least 2 years of experience as a company or executive driver.
• Knowledge of Metro Cebu routes and traffic regulations.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Ability to perform minor vehicle troubleshooting.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
• Basic administrative or office support experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive company personnel to and from destinations, including site visits, meetings, and official errands.
• Deliver and pick up documents, packages, and supplies between offices, partners, and government agencies.
• Ensure that vehicles are maintained in good working condition, including regular cleaning, inspections, and timely reporting of maintenance issues.
• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle servicing schedules.
• Assist in filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks when not on driving assignments.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and vehicle records as required by the Admin or HR department.
• Comply with all traffic laws and company policies regarding vehicle use.
• Support other administrative functions as assigned by the supervisor.
