Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks a Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet of fuel delivery trucks and service vehicles, ensuring safety, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and availability for timely operations.

You will coordinate with Logistics, Operations, and drivers, monitor dispatches and GPS tracking, manage preventive maintenance, and control costs while upholding safety standards across petroleum transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet, transportation, logistics, or delivery operations.
• Experience with fuel tankers or hazardous-material transportation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, GPS/fleet tracking, and transportation operations.
• Strong knowledge of fleet safety and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and fleet monitoring tools.
• Willing to work on-call and respond to urgent vehicle or delivery concerns.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the fleet and ensure vehicle availability.
• Monitor dispatches, routes, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Operations, drivers, and service stations.
• Track GPS, ETAs, and delivery times.
• Schedule preventive maintenance and monitor maintenance costs.
• Ensure registrations, permits, insurance, and required documents are up to date.
• Enforce safety standards and driving policies.
• Conduct regular inspections for petroleum transport compliance.
• Monitor fuel consumption and fleet expenses.
