Job summary

Bell-Kenz Pharma Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Fleet Management Lead to oversee the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance for both office and field personnel.

You will manage records, registrations, insurance, fuel usage, driver qualifications, and process improvements, while coaching Fleet Admin staff to align with policies. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in fleet management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in Fleet Management, insurance claims processing, assessment, people management, administrative tasks, LTO registration and transfers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all records related to fleet vehicles, registrations, insurance, fuel usage, and compliance.
• Oversee driver qualification, competency evaluations, and policy adherence.
• Ensure timely processing of vehicle registration, insurance claims, and incident documentation.
• Supervise and develop Fleet Admin personnel; ensure alignment with company policies and procedures
• Handle administrative tasks including orientation, team meetings, vendor invoice processing, and process improvement recommendations
