Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. is seeking a logistics support professional to assist in coordinating fuel deliveries to service stations in Metro Manila. The role involves monitoring schedules, dispatch, ETAs, and ensuring accurate documentation.

You will work with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in logistics or fuel operations, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Logistics, SCM, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics/dispatching/transportation or petroleum/fuel operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; good office skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Willing to work shifts in a fast-paced petroleum environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling and coordinating fuel deliveries to service stations.
• Monitor delivery schedules, truck dispatch, ETAs, and arrival times.
• Prepare and maintain delivery documents and records.
• Coordinate with drivers, stations, suppliers, and departments.
• Maintain an updated daily monitoring report of fuel deliveries.
• Assist in resolving delivery-related issues and follow-up on concerns.
• Perform other logistics and administrative tasks as assigned.
