Job summary

Jadeblue Petroleum Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Station Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of all assigned gasoline stations.

You will monitor sales, fuel volume, and overall performance against targets, and regularly visit stations to inspect operations, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and customer service. Responsibilities

• Monitor station sales, fuel volume, and overall business performance against targets
• Develop and implement action plans to improve sales, volume, profitability, and station performance
• Regularly visit assigned stations to inspect operations, facilities, equipment, cleanliness, and customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operating procedures, safety standards, and government regulations
• Monitor inventory, fuel stocks, product availability, and minimize product losses and variances
• Review station cash handling, cash drops, sales reports, and other financial controls
• Monitor the performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity of Station Supervisors and station personnel
• Coach and guide Station Supervisors in achieving operational, sales, and customer service objectives
• Conduct regular station audits and submit accurate reports, findings, and recommendations to management
• Coordinate with Retail, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, HR, and other departments regarding station concerns
