Responsibilities

• Function as a head driver of the company ensuring proper distribution of deliverables and work assignments to all drivers.
• Schedules and monitors the daily activities of the drivers.
• Acts as an Officer In Charge of the drivers, evaluates their performance and reports to HR for documentation.
• Performs other tasks as needed.
