Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent.
• Three or more years of experience as a sales manager or general manager in a dealership or auto group.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and market trends.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to interpret profit and loss statements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and address customer complaints to meet satisfaction metrics.
• Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance managers to meet profit goals.
• Assist with advertising campaigns to increase sales and brand visibility for the dealership.
• Attend manager meetings and build good relationships with owners, managers, and staff to establish sales processes.
