Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience in operations management or a related supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of business operations, process improvement, and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Willing to work onsite and handle operational concerns in Malabon City.
