Colas Rail is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination, monitoring, and administration of company vehicles, drivers, and transportation services. You will support fleet management in dispatch, maintenance, fuel monitoring, documentation, and incident reporting across office, site, and project operations.

The role requires organizing and communicating with multiple teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in fleet management, transportation, logistics, administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle dispatch and driver assignments.
• Monitor driver schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, availability, and documentation.
• Track fuel, toll, mileage, and fleet expenses.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare fleet reports and maintain accurate records.
• Handle vehicle incidents, violations, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company fleet policies and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, HSE, and project teams for fleet requirements.
