Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Management staff to oversee documentation, compliance, insurance, and administrative requirements for the company’s vehicles and delivery trucks. The role requires coordinating with internal teams and external service providers to keep records accurate and up to date.

You will manage registrations, monitor deployment and maintenance, handle tolls and insurance costs, track claims and GPS services, and ensure all regulatory and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet or vehicle management is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vehicle registration and documentation, including renewals and PA/PCP applications.
• Monitor schedules, vehicle records, servicing, and maintenance in real time.
• Handle toll fee monitoring, invoice preparation, and insurance expense tracking.
• Monitor insurance claims and GPS services, coordinating with service providers.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, licensing, registration and safety inspections.
