Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/SCM/logistics.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for designated fleet supply agencies.
• Coordinate between internal teams and external agencies for timely information.
• Collaborate with SPX teams to resolve agency-related issues and improve processes.
• Maintain organized records of agency contacts, agreements, and performance data.
• Schedule meetings with agencies, prepare agendas, and document minutes and actions.
• Gather feedback from agencies and escalate as needed.
• Support service level reviews and recommend improvements.
• Assist audits related to supply agency performance and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve internal-external interactions.
