Job summary

Ninja Van in Metro Manila is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee the overall fleet operations supporting Restock logistics activities across assigned locations. You will ensure high vehicle availability, preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and cost controls while aligning with service level agreements and safety standards.

The role demands 5–7 years in fleet operations or logistics management, strong leadership, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets to drive operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in any field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, or logistics management.
• Experience handling fleet maintenance, transport operations, or trucking operations preferred.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and fleet compliance requirements.
• Experience managing transport vendors and outsourced fleet partners.
• Strong understanding of operational dispatch and logistics coordination.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and operational reporting tools.
• Strong leadership and operational coordination skills.

About the Unit:

The Fleet Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall fleet operations supporting Restock logistics activities across assigned locations. The role ensures high vehicle availability, operational readiness, compliance, preventive maintenance execution, and efficient fleet utilization to support daily transport and delivery requirements. This position manages fleet performance, vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, compliance requirements, and operational cost controls while ensuring safe and reliable transport operations aligned with company service level agreements and operational standards.
