Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Fleet Management including insurance claims processing, assessment, people management, administrative tasks, and LTO registrations/transfers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all records related to fleet vehicles, registrations, insurance, fuel usage, and compliance.
• Oversee driver qualification, competency evaluations, and policy adherence.
• Ensure timely processing of vehicle registrations, insurance claims, and incident documentation.
• Supervise and develop Fleet Admin personnel; align with company policies and procedures.
• Handle administrative tasks including orientation, team meetings, vendor invoice processing, and process improvement recommendations.
