Millennium Properties and Brokerage Incorporated is seeking a Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily management, maintenance, and deployment of a company fleet of vehicles, heavy equipment, and mobile assets. The role focuses on safety, reliability, and minimizing downtime.

You will lead and train mechanics, drivers, and support staff, develop preventive maintenance programs, monitor spare parts and fuel, and report fleet performance to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• At least 2 years of work experience in motorpool operations, fleet management, or maintenance supervision in resorts or hospitality industries.
• Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, schedule servicing, and supervise repairs.
• Manage, lead, and train mechanics, equipment operators, drivers, and support personnel.
• Monitor spare parts, tools, fuel consumption, and maintenance supplies; coordinate with external suppliers and repair shops.
• Prepare annual operational budgets, track maintenance expenses, review trip logs and odometer readings, and report fleet performance to upper management.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.
