Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and repair across a diverse vehicle fleet, ensuring safety, reliability, and high performance. This full-time role requires leading technicians, coordinating with logistics, and maintaining detailed maintenance records.

You will develop and implement schedules, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while staying compliant with industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet maintenance or supervisory role in manufacturing, transport or logistics.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems; ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills to optimise schedules and processes.
• Proven leadership abilities to motivate and develop a team of mechanics and technicians.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Passion for maximising fleet performance and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules to keep all vehicles in optimal condition.
• Oversee the work of the maintenance team, including mechanics and technicians, to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
• Monitor vehicle performance and identify any issues or concerns, proactively addressing them to minimise downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and costs, providing regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure the fleet is deployed effectively to meet business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations, implementing changes to improve fleet efficiency and compliance.
• Mentor and train the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
