Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead the truck maintenance program, optimize reliability, and control costs. The role focuses on lifecycle maintenance planning, staff leadership, and data-driven improvements to minimize downtime.

You will oversee maintenance staff, manage budgets, schedule inspections, and ensure safety and environmental compliance, while using data to improve fleet performance and availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance.
• Proven experience leading maintenance teams.
• Experience with trucks, heavy equipment, or logistics operations is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
• Ability to analyze maintenance data to improve fleet performance.
• Excellent record-keeping, reporting, and documentation.
• In-depth diesel vehicle maintenance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for the truck fleet.
• Lead, train, and manage maintenance technicians and mechanics.
• Manage the maintenance budget and inventory of spare parts.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics on trucks and equipment.
• Maintain detailed maintenance records and compliance documentation.
• Ensure safety and environmental regulations are followed.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance reliability and fleet productivity.
• Oversee vendor relationships and cost-effective repairs.
• Implement systematic parts inventory controls and audits.
