Job summary

PACIFIC ROADLINK LOGISTICS INCORPORATION is seeking a Technical Manager to oversee technical operations, maintenance, and reliability of trucks, heavy equipment, and other operational assets essential to daily logistics.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, a licensed Mechanical Engineer, and at least 5 years' experience in heavy-duty trucking maintenance and crane systems; familiarity with PMS is a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer (PRC Board passer) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in heavy-duty trucking maintenance operations and crane equipment systems.
• Demonstrated mastery in deploying and managing PMS in complex logistics/transport environments.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy machinery operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations, maintenance, and reliability of trucks, heavy equipment, and operational assets.
• Ensure equipment is safe, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
• Ensure equipment is available to support daily logistics operations.
• Deploy and manage Planned/Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS) in a complex logistics or transport environment.
