Responsibilities

• Assist in processing and monitoring vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and related documents.
• Maintain and update records of insured fleet vehicles, policy details, expiration dates, and coverage.
• Coordinate with insurance companies, brokers, clients, dealerships, and internal teams regarding insurance concerns.
• Assist in processing insurance claims and monitor their status until completion.
• Collect and verify required documents for insurance applications, renewals, and claims.
• Prepare insurance-related reports, monitoring sheets, and documentation.
• Monitor policy expiration dates and coordinate timely renewals.
• Encode and update insurance information in the company’s database/system.
• Follow up on pending insurance documents, approvals, claims, and other requirements.
• Assist in handling inquiries related to vehicle insurance coverage and claims.
• Coordinate with concerned parties regarding vehicle accidents, repairs, and insurance requirements.
• Ensure insurance records are accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Perform other administrative and fleet-related tasks as assigned.
