Job Description

• Assist in ensuring client requirements and bookings are provided.
• Ensure that clients are provided with complete and accurate information and a consistently good and efficient service.
• Monitor and provide daily reports and updates to clients with regards to delivery schedule, status and truck location.
• Conduct regular delivery audit and seek feedback from customers regarding delivery service and personnel.
• Work closely with the maintenance team regarding truck issues and truck schedule of availability from motor pool.
• Help implement rules and regulations in the process, ensure that all delivery personnel are in compliance with the established procedures and guidelines and ensure delivery personnel adhere to the daily monitoring reports.
• Enforce and comply with all operational procedures and standards related to loading and unloading.
• Help monitor shortages and damages of deliveries and submit weekly report pertaining to the charges.
• Gives suggestions and ideas on how to improve work flow, processes and service to customers.
• To perform other duties and tasks that are required and assigned.
