Responsibilities

• Monitoring and Deployment of Truck, Drivers, and Helpers
• 1.1.Check and Coordinate Client’s requirement.
• 1.2.Deployment of truck and driver for the delivery
• 1.3.Monitor of GPS
• Monitor of Delivery
• 2.1.Monitor status of truck deployment from loading up to unloading.
• 2.2.Coordinate all concerns with regards to delivery from loading up to unloading.
• Checking of Daily Truck Status
• 3.1. Checking of truck status and location.
• 3.2.Coordinate all repair to maintenance team
• 3.3.Follow-up on status of repairs

• 4.1.Conducts random 360 inspection, including checking of dash cam

• 5.1.Monitoring of Requirements (Passport, Orientation, Seminars and Medical)
• 5.2.Preparing incident reports regarding complaints against drivers/helpers.
• Driver’s and Helper’s Payroll
• 6.1.Checking of Driver’s Hauling Summary Report (DHSR)
• 6.2.Checking of Helper’s Hauling Summary Report (HHSR)
• 6.3.Monitoring and Confirmation of Helper’s Daily Time Record (DTR)
• To do other job that maybe assigned from time to time by the Management
