Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Automotive Purchasing Officer to support quotes, dealer relations, and supplier onboarding in a hybrid setup in Quezon City.

You will handle quote requests, follow up with dealerships, and ensure accurate pricing, rebates, and documentation across the Miles system and Dealer Portal.

The role requires at least five years in procurement or admin–customer service, strong negotiation skills with automotive suppliers, and meticulous records management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in professional administration, customer service, or procurement.
• Direct experience negotiating with automotive dealerships.
• Experience using workload management software.
• Excellent communication skills for fast-paced cross-functional interactions.
• Strong attention to detail for accurate supplier records and quotes.

Responsibilities

• Process quote requests quickly and accurately.
• Follow up with dealerships daily to secure quotes and meet KPIs.
• Serve as main contact for the sales team on quotes and issues.
• Generate and dispatch quotes via Miles to the Dealer Portal.
• Onboard new suppliers to the Dealer Portal and provide portal introductions.
• Resolve login and operational inquiries from dealerships and sales staff.
• Audit dealer quotes to capture rebates and pricing.
• Channel procurement volume toward preferred dealership partners.
• Support purchasing and in-life services teams with admin tasks.
