Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Quoting Officer in Quezon City with at least 5 years in administration, procurement, or customer service. The role focuses on fast, accurate quote handling, dealership communications, and administering the Miles system and dealer portals.

You will support the sales team, onboard suppliers, resolve portal issues, and audit quotes to ensure rebates are captured, contributing to efficient fleet-related procurements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in professional administration, customer service, or procurement.
• Direct professional experience communicating and negotiating with automotive dealerships.
• Background in a procurement function using workload management software.
• Excellent communication skills to manage fast-paced interactions between sales teams and suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain precise supplier records and quote accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Action quote requests from internal Relationship Officers quickly and accurately.
• Follow up with dealerships daily to secure quotes and meet KPIs.
• Serve as the main contact for the sales team regarding quote issues and updates.
• Generate and dispatch quotes from the Miles system to the Dealer Portal.
• Add and onboard new suppliers to the Dealer Portal weekly and introduce them to the portal.
• Resolve portal login and operational inquiries from dealerships and sales staff.
• Audit dealer quotes to ensure rebates are captured.
• Channel procurement volume toward key dealership partners.
• Support the broader vehicle purchasing and in-life services teams with admin tasks.

Your Role

As a Quoting Officer, you will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for the sales team regarding quote issues and updates.
• Generate and dispatch quotes from the Miles system to the Dealer Portal.
• Add and onboard new suppliers to the Dealer Portal weekly, sending portal introductions.
• Resolve portal login and operational inquiries from dealerships and sales staff.
• Audit dealer quotes to ensure all eligible manufacturer and fleet rebates are captured.
• Channel procurement volume toward key and preferred dealership partners.
• Support the broader vehicle purchasing and in‑life services teams with administrative tasks.

What You Need

Non‑negotiables

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional administration, customer service, or procurement environment.
• Direct professional experience communicating and negotiating with automotive dealerships.
• Demonstrable background in a procurement function using workload management software.
• Excellent communication skills to manage fast‑paced interactions between sales teams and external suppliers.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain precise supplier records and quote accuracy.

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Prior experience working specifically in fleet management, vehicle leasing, or vehicle procurement.
• Hands‑on experience using the Miles automotive operating system or specialized dealer portals.
• Solid understanding of automotive rebate structures and dealer pricing models.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Pricing, Risk, and Accounts Payable.
