Marco Polo Ortigas Manila is seeking an experienced head for the All-Day Dining Restaurant to drive profitability and guest satisfaction in line with five-star standards.

You will plan, organize, direct, and control all F&B operations, focusing on revenue growth, cost control, and exceptional service across the outlet. Collaboration with hotel departments is essential to ensure smooth operations and uphold brand commitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive F&B management experience in luxury or 5-star hotels.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, payroll management, and revenue optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences, resolve complaints, and build relationships.
• Hands-on knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, scheduling, and hygiene/safety standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; liaise with multiple departments.
