Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Supply Support specialist in Manila to ensure dispatch plans are executed by coordinating vehicle supply, communicating with agencies, and confirming truck assignments.

The role bridges planning and execution by validating commitments in real time and supporting operations through accurate data input, tracking, and reporting. You will track headcounts, escalate gaps, and help keep deployments on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Log deployments and recovery actions during shortfalls and emergencies.
• Ensure site and personnel readiness during Go-lives or ramp up.
• Ensuring asset/truck readiness and proper communications with maintenance for any repairs and escalations.

The Supply Support ensures the execution of dispatch plans by coordinating vehicle supply, making proper communications, and confirming truck assignments. This role bridges the planning and execution gap by validating actual commitments in real time while also supporting operations through accurate data input, tracking, and reporting

Key Roles

• Coordinate with vendors for daily manpower supply and dispatch confirmation
• Escalate gaps between planned vs. committed manpower
• Track real-time dispatch execution and concern escalation
• Support contingency execution and urgent callouts during critical hours
• Manage site personnels and ensure KPIs are met

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of handling and guiding multiple site personnel
• Understanding of vehicle specifications, industry trends, and lifecycle costing is desirable.
• Strong ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to travel occasionally may be required.
