Job summary

Onel Builder Resources, Inc. is seeking a Health and Safety Officer/First Aider to provide immediate first aid and basic medical assistance to employees, assess workplace emergencies, and maintain readiness of first aid supplies and equipment at project sites in Cavite.

The candidate should have a BS Nursing, Midwifery, or related health course, a valid First Aid/BLS certification, experience as a first aider on construction sites, and strong communication skills to coordinate with Safety

Qualifications

• BS Nursing, Midwifery, or related health course preferred.
• Valid First Aid/BLS certification required.
• Experience as First Aider on construction sites preferred.
• Knowledge of basic first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Maintain and monitor the availability of first aid supplies and equipment.

• Keep accurate records of first aid treatments and workplace incidents.

• Assist in promoting workplace health and safety practices.

• Coordinate with the Safety Officer, Site Engineer, HR, and medical facilities when necessary.

• Assist in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures.

• Perform other health and safety-related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Nursing, Midwifery, or other relevant medical/health-related course is preferred.

• Must have a valid First Aid / Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Preferably with experience as a First Aider in a construction site or similar work environment.

• Knowledgeable in basic first aid, CPR, and emergency response procedures.

• Physically fit and capable of responding to workplace emergencies.

• Responsible, alert, and able to work well under pressure.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to be assigned to project sites.
