Job summary

Sta. Clara International Corp. is seeking a dedicated First Aid Officer to support employee health needs at project sites in the Philippines. You will provide initial medical care, monitor wellness, and assist the Project Nurse as needed.

The role requires valid Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support certificates, willingness to be assigned to a site, and the ability to maintain accurate health records. Free accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Must possess valid Standard First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) certificates (minimum 4-day training).
• Experience as a First Aider is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic nursing care to injured or ill employees.
• Conduct routine health inspections of employees.
• Respond to emergencies and perform emergency rescue when necessary.

• Ensure first aid equipment and supplies are available and in good condition.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, incidents, and medical assistance provided.
• Promote workplace health and safety practices in accordance with company policies.
