Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering; Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) license required.
1-3 years of QA/QC experience in mechanical works with focus on fire protection systems.
Proficient in reading fire protection drawings and hydraulic calculations.
Familiar with fire protection equipment and testing procedures.
Skilled in hydrostatic testing, flushing and acceptance procedures.
Willing to be assigned to Paete, Laguna.

Responsibilities

Review fire protection design drawings, submittals, data sheets for compliance before installation.
Inspect all fire protection materials upon delivery.
Monitor installation quality and alignment with drawings.
Witness hydrostatic, flushing, flow, and pump tests; document results.
Verify proper installation per NFPA and Philippine Fire Code.
Inspect sprinkler placement and clearances; prepare NCRs and turnover docs.
Identify defects and monitor rework until acceptance; ensure tests pass before handover.
