Job summary

Water-Lite Construction & Development OPC is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer in the Philippines to design, review, and oversee the installation of fire protection systems across upcoming projects.

The role involves preparing drawings and specifications, performing hydraulic calculations, and ensuring compliance with NFPA and the Philippine Fire Code. You will coordinate with architects and project managers and conduct site inspections to commissioning stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering; licensed engineer is an advantage.
• 2-5 years of experience in fire protection or building engineering services.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards, Philippine Fire Code and mechanical codes.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and oversee installation of fire protection systems.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct hydraulic calculations and system sizing.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA, Philippine Fire Code, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and project managers.
• Perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning of fire protection systems.
